Consistency is key, so when you feel like you are falling off track we are right there to help you troubleshoot problems and tweak your program to get the best results. We always start with a private zoom session to discuss where you are and where you see yourself in 3 months. This will help us put together the best plan to get you there safely and effectively.

After having my daughter in 2014 I experienced first hand how challenging it was to work exercise into my day. I had lingering pains and weakness from pregnancy and I realized that going back to my old gym routine wasn’t an option at the time.

I’ve worked in the healthcare and wellness industry since graduating from Kinesiology in 2009. My work with women taught me that many workout programs ignore the issues that most new moms are faced with. 

Not feeling like yourself in your own body affects your mood, self esteem, sex drive and motivation to get back into a routine. 

I strive to help you love your body again and feel strong and ready to take on anything in life. Need to scoop up a screaming toddler or push a stroller up a steep hill? My programs will give you the ability and strength you need to know that you can handle it! 

My education and expertise makes me well suited to address issues such as diastasis recti (ab separation), pelvic floor dysfunction, poor posture, nutrition concerns, and pregnancy related injuries. I also help my clients lose weight, adopt a new healthy lifestyle and build consistent habits that create results.

After having spinal surgery in 2010 and seeing the impact that food had on my recovery, I decided to go back to school to study nutrition and dietetic science. It was a daunting endeavor to go back to school at 31 years old, but I was determined and passionate about nutrition and how it impacts both the body and the mind. I completed my B.S. in nutrition at CSU, Northridge followed by a 1200 hour supervised practiced through Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and then an extensive board exam to get where I am today. I reached my goal and I haven’t looked back since.

 I love being a registered dietitian-we are the nutrition experts! Being able to break down nutrition so that it is attainable and understandable is something I always strive to refine and provide to clients. Nutrition can often be daunting and confusing with diet culture promoting unhealthy restrictions and food fads, with little to no research behind their false and drastic claims. I work with clients to help them meet their personal nutrition goals and create life long healthy habits that encourage balance and wellness. I will work with you to customize what will work best for your health and your lifestyle.

It is important to ensure you are nourishing and fueling your body for everyday life. When you are active, or starting to be active again, it is vital to give your body the building blocks it needs to help you perform at your best. I will help you on your quest to learn what works for you and your body, while providing the guidance you need to build habits that you can carry with you moving forward.
